General Rules

At MODEL SHAKTI SHIKSHA SADAN HR. SEC. SCHOOL, Mangawan, District Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, discipline, respect, and responsibility are the cornerstones of our educational philosophy. The following rules are intended to maintain a safe, positive, and productive learning environment for all students.

1. Regular Attendance

  • Students are expected to attend school regularly and punctually.

  • A minimum attendance percentage, as prescribed by the school and the education board, must be maintained.

  • Leave should be requested in advance whenever possible.

  • In case of illness, a medical certificate may be required for extended absence.

2. Punctuality

  • Students must reach the school before the commencement of the morning assembly.

3. School Uniform

  • Students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and with pride.

4. Identity Card

  • Every student must carry the school identity card daily.

  • Loss of an identity card should be reported immediately for the issuance of a duplicate.

5. Discipline and Conduct

  • Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff members, fellow students, and visitors.

  • Any form of bullying, ragging, discrimination, abusive language, or physical violence is strictly prohibited.

  • Students should maintain discipline both inside and outside the school campus.

6. Classroom Behaviour

  • Students should enter classrooms quietly and be prepared for learning.

  • Respect classroom property and maintain cleanliness.

  • Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are not permitted unless specifically authorized for educational purposes.

7. Care of School Property

  • Students must protect school furniture, books, laboratories, sports equipment, and other facilities.

  • Any intentional damage to school property may result in disciplinary action and recovery of repair costs.

8. Homework and Academic Responsibilities

  • Homework, assignments, and projects should be completed sincerely and submitted on time.

  • Students are expected to come prepared with the required books and learning materials every day.

9. Examinations

  • Students must follow all examination rules and maintain honesty during assessments.

  • Any unfair means or malpractice during examinations will invite strict disciplinary action.

10. Cleanliness and Hygiene

  • Students should maintain personal hygiene and keep classrooms and the campus clean.

  • Littering is strictly prohibited. Waste should be disposed of in designated dustbins.

11. Safety and Security

  • Students should follow all safety instructions issued by the school.

  • Leaving the school campus during school hours without permission is not allowed.

  • Any emergency, accident, or suspicious activity should be reported immediately to a teacher or school authority.

12. Respect for Others

  • Students should treat everyone with kindness, dignity, and respect regardless of differences.

  • Cooperation, empathy, and teamwork are encouraged in all school activities.

13. Parent Cooperation

  • Parents are requested to attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) regularly.

14. Digital Responsibility

  • Students using online learning platforms or school ERP should use them responsibly.

  • Sharing passwords, uploading inappropriate content, or misusing digital resources is strictly prohibited.

15. School Transport

  • Students using school transport must follow the instructions of the driver and transport staff.

  • Discipline should be maintained while boarding, travelling, and deboarding the school bus.

16. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited on the school campus:

  • Mobile phones (unless permitted)

  • Firecrackers or hazardous materials

  • Sharp objects or weapons

  • Tobacco, cigarettes, alcohol, or any intoxicating substances

  • Any item that may disturb the school environment
